We strive to make shopping online for weighing scales and accessories easy as pie! Not to mention, we've build in some incredible discounts when you checkout using our online cart. However, we understand that not everyone can purchase on our website so we offer several methods to place your order.
ScalesPlus.com is open 24/7/365 and provides a SSL encrypted, secure and quick checkout. Using any major credit card, orders can be placed online. You can create an account or checkout as a guest. We recommend creating an account so you can benefit from all the features available from Scales Plus including order tracking, invoice re-print, online return requests and access to registered customer only promotions!

You can place an order by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If placing an order by email, please provide the following information:
- Product brand, model and item number
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Purchase order number (if applicable)
- Contact information to include your name, company name (if applicable) email and phone number
If you need a quote prior to placing an order, contact us using our contact form or email us at email@example.com. Please provide the following information when requesting a quote:
- Product brands, models and item numbers
- Quantity of each product requested
- Shipping address
- Your name, company name (if applicable), email and phone number
We accept all major credit cards including Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover® online and over the phone.
You can also checkout online using Braintree, which is a payment processor provided by PayPal™. Purchases can be made using PayPal™ with or without a PayPal account using any major credit card.
Scales Plus provides credit terms for businesses with approved credit. Our standard payment terms are NET 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise provided. Orders can be placed using a company purchase order.
To setup a credit account with us, we require a completed and signed credit application. We will review the information provided and notify you if your account has been approved for open credit. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. At this time, we only provide credit accounts for registered business customers.
