This variant provides a single load cell connector without RS-232 communication. It runs on three AA alkaline batteries (not included) for up to 1600 hours of operation, making it suitable for field use and remote weighing where frequent battery changes are impractical. The 6-digit LCD has a 16.8 mm (0.66 in) digit height, an LED backlight, and a panoramic FSTN viewing angle for legibility across varied lighting and viewing positions. Rated IP65, the unit resists dust and water in industrial, agricultural, and outdoor environments, and operates from -20°C to 70°C (-4°F to 158°F). It measures 170 mm x 98 mm x 34 mm (6.7 in x 3.9 in x 1.34 in). The indicator displays kg, g, t, lb, Klb, N, kN, oz, and a user-defined unit. Configurable functions include two set-points for precaution and warning alerts, user-selectable display intervals, overload recording, ten selectable analog-to-digital conversion frequencies, and both weight and digital calibration. Supported operations include Auto-Zero-Tracking, Auto-Zero, Manual-Zero, Hold, Peak-Hold, and Tare, plus user-selectable auto power-off and power-saving timing. The 805HP-01 drives up to 8 load cells at 350Ω or 32 load cells at 1000Ω, with a tare range of 100% of full scale and power consumption of 5 mW.
