Rice Lake RoughDeck Rough-n-Ready floor scale systems are a complete package designed specifically for the most demanding warehousing and industrial applications. The floor scale platform is a RoughDeck HP with either a 5000 lb or 10,000 lb capacity. You can choose from a variety of indicators to complete your scale. Options include the Rice Lake 480, 482, or the 680. Each package includes a quick connect for separating the indicator and floor scale when transporting. The indicator and floor scale will arrive factory calibrated for immediate use. No matter what indicator option you pair the floor scale with, it will remain NTEP approved.

Included in Package: Included in the complete floor scale package is a RoughDeck HP base, your choice of a 480, 482, or 680 indicator, and all cables and components to operate
Ready for Use: The Rough-n-Ready package includes factory setup and calibration for immediate use.
Portability: Each package includes a quick disconnect to seperate the base and indicator. The base also features a built in threaded eyebolt hole in the top plate for simplified installation and maintenance.

Warranty: The RoughDeck HP is backed with a weldment warranty of five years, load cells two years, and all other components one year.
Durability: Framed with 6 inch structural channeling and topped with a diamond plated tread plate the HP is durable to the extreme. Each of the four load cells are also recessed within the frame and the cables are enclosed in conduit for added protection.
Junction Box Accessibility: The NEMA Type 4X aluminum Tuffseal Junction box is mounted on an easily accessible slide out tray for simplified service and adjustment.
