The Tree LC-VS 60 veterinary scale has a 25" x 16" platform that is great for weighing small to mid-size animals including cats, dogs, rabbits, and any other furry friends (and even non-furry friends!) up to 60 lbs. This is an economical scale option for those that need to keep track of their pets weight at home for dietary or health needs.
The glass platform allows for easy cleanup. For continuous use the Tree LC-VS 60 can be powered by the included AC power adapter or for portable applications use 4 AA batteries (not included). The 4 button keypad keeps operation of the scale simple. The HOLD function allows the operator to freeze the weight on the display until the HOLD button is pressed again. This gives the operator time to record the weight after the animal or product is removed from the scale. The Zero/Tare key will allow the user to zero/tare up to 100% of the scale capacity.

I purchased this product for our animal hospital and it did not work. The weight was off. I called the company, spoke with Tyler and he asked me to re-calibrate it. I did. STILL not working. I called again and as per Tyler... "the technicians are not too familiar with this particular scale model and calibration" so he asked me to "call the manufacturer to troubleshoot". Why should I have to do this?! I told Tyler "I do not have the time to call different places to fix a NEW scale! I would like to return the scale please". They told me "sure, I will send you an approval". Upon seeing the approval, I noticed they do not pay for the shipping. I CALLED AGAIN, Tyler said "sorry, we do not pay for you to return ship". I said "why not, I received a broken scale?!". He said "we believe it's not broken, we believe it needs to be re-calibrated. We just don't know how to do it and need you to contact the manufacturer". I said "that's not fair!" Tyler said " it's in our return policy!" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLEARLY BAD TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND DEFINATLY A BAD MANUFACTUERED PRODUCT!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SCALE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE OUT ON TIME AND MONEY SHIPPING IT BACK.
