Batteries arrived on schedule, but were almost totally discharged. One of the two batteries that were shipped on January 14, 2022, failed on March 2, 2022. I contacted the vendor's general manager the same day, and followed up with a telephone call the next day. No response to my request. I had to get replacement batteries from another source.
