I had a hard time finding this product. Even online vendors had similar power supplies, but with different ends that would not work. Then I found Scales Plus, and they had exactly what I needed and at a very competitive price! We plugged it in immediately, and we were back up and running and have been ever since. Needless to say, I bookmarked their site and will start here next time that's for sure.
