Precision, analytical, semi-micro and microbalances require a stable sturdy surface that helps reduce vibration. Environmental factors, including vibrations, can reduce the performance of laboratory balances. Vibrations are one of the most common culprits of drifting, which is why anti-vibration tables are particularly important for balances that read at and beyond 0.001g.
The Scales Plus AL-G-2436 anti-vibration table provides a large 4" thick granite work surface that accommodates a wide range of balances and scales. The frame is constructed from durable 6063-T6 aluminum and includes adjustable leveling feet to ensure a level and sturdy working surface. Sorbothane® isolation pads help to further dampen and negate external vibrations, providing more reliable and repeatable results.
