The OHAUS MB90 combines high speed moisture analysis with a simplified operation. A basic 4 button operation allows the operators to have quick key recognition and minimal if any mistakes. With the Halogen heating element, the MB90 has a range of 40 to 200 °C with 1 degree increments. This means the analyzer can be tuned to reach the exact degree your test requires. Not only is the heating element quick, but it is also designed to produce even heat throughout the testing process to provide highly accurate and repeatable results. The user friendly intuitive touch screen features an icon based menu navigation and an impressive level of visibility.
Some of the more impressive features of the MB90 have to do with the multiple communication options and the customizable test procedures. This moisture analyzer includes RS-232, USB, and USB Host for connectivity and data transfer. The two built in drying profiles include FAST which enables the analyzer to reach the highest temperature in the quickest manner or STANDARD which allows for minimal temperature overshoot while still optimizing the speed of the test. The final customization available for the test procedure involves the shutoff point. This can be set to TIMED, MANUAL, or AUTO.
